We also negotiate and prepare agreements among shareholders, partners, members, and principals of other business entities, in addition to stock and asset purchase and sale agreements, consignment, sales and loan agreements, and guarantees and security agreements.

Our firm also routinely provides counsel and representation in matters involving “business divorces” among professionals, family members, shareholders, partners, and other owners.  We negotiate and resolve contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, estates and wills disputes, and employment disputes, whether such disputes arise in the pre-trial phases of litigation, or during the trial, appeal, or in alternative dispute resolution venues, such as arbitration or mediation.
